ClearView Healthcare Management is seeking an LPN/RN Evening Supervisor in Russellville, KY to oversee evening nursing operations and guide the nursing team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

The ideal candidate will lead staffing, ensure licensed staffing coverage, and mentor staff while maintaining compliance with regulations. This full-time role offers shift differentials and a supportive, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license is required.
• LTC and management experience are required.
• Leadership in planning, developing, and evaluating nursing services.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Director of Nursing with planning, developing, organizing, implementing and evaluating the nursing service department.
• Develop, maintain, and update written policies and procedures for day-to-day nursing operations.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services to ensure continuity of care.
• Determine staffing needs of the nursing service department to meet resident care needs.
• Supervise and assist scheduling of employees within state guidelines.
• Ensure direct nursing care is provided by licensed staff or qualified aides as applicable.
• Review nurses’ notes to reflect resident care and responses.
• Incorporate training materials into in-service programs as needed.
• Lead the goals and objectives of the in-service educational programs.

LPN/RN Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide support to the Director of Nursing with planning, developing, organizing, implementing and evaluating the nursing service department, as well as its programs and activities, in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the nursing care facilities.
• Develop, maintain, and periodically update written policies and procedures that govern the day-to-day functions of the nursing service department.
• Develop methods for coordination of nursing services with other resident services to ensure the continuity of the residents’ total regimen of care.
• Determine the staffing needs of the nursing service department necessary to meet the total nursing needs of the residents.
• Supervise and assist scheduling of employees within established state guidelines.
• Ensure that direct nursing care be provided by a licensed nurse, a CNA, and/or GNA/CMA as applicable, and/or a nurse aide trainee qualified to perform the procedure.
• Review nurses’ notes to ensure that they are informative and descriptive of the nursing care being provided, that they reflect the resident’s response to the care, and that such care is provided in accordance with the resident’s wishes.
• Incorporate commercially produced instruction material and training aids into existing in-service programs as deemed necessary.
• Provide leadership in formulating the goals and objectives of the in-service educational programs of this Center.

LPN/RN Supervisor Qualifications:

• LTC and Management experience are required.
• An active LPN or RN license is required.
