The CIR drives data collection and provides presentations through defined processes and technology to the approved provider of the facility for admission consideration. The CIR assists in the initial registration and input of facilities E.H.R., discloses any patient concerns, and operates within the response timeline to promote shortened patient approval/denial wait times.

The CIR collects data and presentations accurately and provides summaries of the medical aspects of referrals criteria for services.
