Trinity Oaks Health & Rehab is seeking an LPN or RN for the Baylor weekend shift at Trinity Oaks Health & Rehab in Salisbury, NC. Join a compassionate team providing high-quality senior care on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays with a weekend shift differential and sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN program.
• Current, applicable nursing license in North Carolina.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Preferred: Two years of nursing experience; not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and accurately document medications and treatments.
• Maintain secure medication rooms and ensure proper storage.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Perform nursing procedures, including catheter care, dressing changes, and respiratory treatments.
• Supervise the nursing team and help foster a supportive work environment.

Schedule and Compensation

• $5,000 signing bonus: Paid in increments over two years of employment.
• Baylor schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Competitive base pay: Based on experience.
• Weekend shift differential: An additional $4 per hour on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Baylor pay: An additional 25% Baylor pay.
• Pay in lieu of benefits: An additional $2 per hour.

Daily Pay: Access earned wages before your regular payday.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• Push, pull, or lift up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Stand or walk for extended periods, with occasional bending and reaching.
• Assist with repositioning and transferring residents while following safe lifting procedures.
