Job summary

The Dove Healthcare - St. Croix Falls facility is seeking a compassionate registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN) to oversee patient care and supervise nursing staff, including nurse technicians and CNAs.

You will provide direct patient care and monitor changes in condition to ensure a safe, home-like environment. Applicants must hold Wisconsin RN or LPN licensure and a nursing degree, with availability to work every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN).
• Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• Ability to work every other weekend (full and part-time positions).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of patient care through directing and supervising nurses, nurse technicians, medication aides, and CNAs.
• Provide direct patient care through medication and treatment administration.
• Observe and manage acute changes in a patient's condition.
• Help provide a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment.
