Job summary

Dove Healthcare – St. Croix Falls is seeking a licensed nurse (RN or LPN) to oversee patient care, supervise nursing staff, and provide direct medication administration in a home-like environment.

Shifts include full-time, part-time, or casual with every-other weekend; sign-on bonus up to $5,000; comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, life, 401(k) with match); tuition assistance up to $5,250 yearly; PTO and floating holidays.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in Wisconsin as RN or LPN.
• Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• Ability to work every other weekend (full and part-time).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of patient care through directing and supervising nurses, nurse technicians, medication aides, and CNA.
• Provide direct patient care through medication and treatment administration.
• Observe and manage acute changes in a patient's condition.
• Help provide a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment.
