Job summary

Recovery Unplugged Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team in a full-time capacity in Florida. You will administer medications, monitor patient health, document findings, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and wellness.

Key requirements include an active nursing license in the applicable state, ability to perform phlebotomy, and experience in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in the applicable state.
• Behavioral health or mental health care experience preferred.
• Ability to perform phlebotomy and blood draws.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate, client-centered care.
• Experience with MAT or specialty protocols is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical providers.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status.
• Observe patients for changes in condition and communicate concerns to the medical staff.
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection as required.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation compliant with policies and standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, RNs, therapists, and other team members.
• Assist with admissions, assessments, medication reconciliation, and discharge processes.
• Support patients with compassionate, professional, trauma-informed care.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and medication protocols.
• Participate in emergency response situations as needed.

Requirements
