Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a healthcare professional to support donor screening in a busy plasma center in Canton, OH. The role involves performing physical examinations, reviewing medical histories, and determining donor suitability while upholding confidentiality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be certified/licensed as RN, LPN, LVN, Paramedic or EMT in the state of employment.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Ability to stand and sit for up to 2 to 4 hours per day.
• Ability to bend and twist the neck for 1 to 2 hours per day.
• Frequent hand movement and ability to make fast, simple movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists.
• Ability to make precise coordinated finger movements to grasp and manipulate objects.

Requirements

• Educated and currently certified/licensed in the state of employment according to state requirements as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse, Paramedic, or EMT
• Current CPR certification required
• Ability to stand and sit for up to 2 to 4 hours per day each
• Ability to bend and twist the neck for 1 to 2 hours per day
• Frequent hand movement and ability to make fast, simple movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists
• Ability to make precise coordinated finger movements to grasp and manipulate objects
• Ability to squat, crouch, or sit on one's heels on rare occasion
• Ability to lift 15 lbs. lightly, with a maximum lift of 50 lbs.
• Correctable near and far vision, with specified visual acuity requirements
