Role Description The LPN-Residential Nurse is a full-time, on-site role located in Moncks Corner, SC, providing direct nursing care within a residential setting. This role includes administering medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring residents’ health status, and documenting all care in accordance with regulatory and company standards. The nurse collaborates with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans that support residents’ physical and emotional well-being. Daily responsibilities also include health education for residents and staff, responding to urgent health concerns, and promoting a safe and supportive living environment. The LPN-Residential Nurse may participate in quality improvement activities and support training for direct care staff on health and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of South Carolina and current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Experience providing nursing care in residential, long-term care, or community-based settings.
• Strong clinical skills in medication administration, health assessment, and documentation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and communicate clearly with residents and families.
• Commitment to person-centered care, respecting individuals’ rights, preferences, and cultural backgrounds.
• Reliable time management, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple resident needs.
• Comfort with basic computer use and electronic health record documentation.
• Willingness to work scheduled shifts, including evenings or weekends as needed.
• Previous experience with individuals with disabilities, behavioral health needs, or complex medical conditions is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional nursing or healthcare coursework is an asset.
