Job summary

Quadrant Health Group’s Wellness Ranch in Franklin, KY is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for behavioral health care in a residential setting. You will provide hands-on nursing support to clients in early recovery, collaborating with medical and behavioral health professionals.

The role offers full-time and PRN options with day, swing, and night shifts. Compensation ranges from $28 to $34 per hour based on experience, with benefits eligibility after initial period and 12-hour shift

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Kentucky or a compact state.
• CPR/First Aid or BLS certification.
• Experience in behavioral health, detox, or SUD preferred; related healthcare experience welcome.
• Safe medication administration skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess new admissions and monitor client health.
• Watch for withdrawal symptoms.
• Administer medications and keep accurate records.
• Respond to medical concerns and emergencies.
• Educate clients on medications and recovery.
• Work with the treatment team on care plans.

Residential Behavioral Health | Wellness Ranch | Franklin, KY Full-Time & PRN | Day, Swing & Night Shifts $28–$34/hour, based on experience

Help people in early recovery stay safe and on track. You'll provide hands-on nursing care to clients in residential treatment, working alongside medical and behavioral health professionals.
