Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program with Wyoming LPN license.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing services per care plans and physician directives.
• Evaluate resident status and report changes to care team.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Coordinate with care team for continuity of care.
• Educate residents and families about treatment plans and health management.
• Oversee CNAs and support staff to ensure safe care.
• Document in EMR accurately and timely.
• Support infection prevention and quality improvement initiatives.
• Respond to urgent situations per procedures.
• Maintain compliance with regulations.
