Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience as an LPN in long-term or acute care with charge or supervisory duties.
• Graduate of an accredited LPN program with current licensure.
• Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide advanced nursing care in resident areas, develop care plans and respond to emergencies.
• Administer medications and treatments, start IVs, place NG tubes, and monitor resident charts.
• Coordinate with physicians and support staff to ensure quality resident care and proper documentation.
