Job summary

Avalon Care Center Northpointe in Spokane, WA is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time evening shifts. Pay ranges from $40.00 to $47.45 per hour and includes shift differentials.

New graduates are welcome. You will provide resident-centered nursing care, assist with care plans, administer medications, monitor conditions, and collaborate with RNs and the care team to ensure safe, high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Washington State or (NLC eligible).
• Understanding of nursing regulations and standards of care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
• Support development and implementation of resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments within the scope of practice.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Help ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care every day.
