Job summary

Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC is seeking an LPN for direct patient care on 4 South Medical Telemetry. You will perform nursing tasks under RN supervision and contribute to patient plan of care.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, monitoring, and collaboration with the care team to ensure safety and quality. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent is required.
• Current NC licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Compact state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Participates in assessment of patient
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary groups in developing the patient plan of care
• Follows patient’s plan of care while participating in the direct nursing care to assigned patients
• Administers medication as ordered by physician
• Maintains an accurate and relevant record of patient care
