Job summary

Methodist Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Rehabilitation unit in Dallas. You will join a team providing direct patient care under RN supervision, administering medications, and supporting interdisciplinary care planning during night shifts.

The role requires an LPN/LVN credential, current Texas license, and CPR/BLS certification; IV certification is preferred or to be completed within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program.
• Current state LPN licensure required to practice.
• CPR/BLS certification required; IV Certification highly preferred or must be obtained within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision, delivering treatments and supporting care planning.
• Administer medications safely and accurately based on patient age and condition.
• Assist in initial and ongoing assessments and contribute to rehabilitation interventions.
• Support interdisciplinary care planning and contribute to quality improvement assessments.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills and commitment to safe, patient-centered care.
