Job summary

Santa Rosa Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Milton, FL is actively hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to join our care team. Walk-in interviews are available Monday through Friday, 10 AM–3 PM, with day and evening shifts listed.

We provide nursing care to residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative services and emphasize teamwork, documentation, and adherence to state regulations. Qualified candidates will hold an LPN license, CPR certification, and may have two years of prior nursing

Qualifications

• LPN license issued by the State or multistate license.
• CPR certification is required.
• Two years of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admissions, discharge and transfers of residents.
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians.
• Medication administration.
• Follow infection control, emergencies, and center policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for optimal resident outcomes.
• Identify and report abnormal changes in residents' condition to proper personnel.
