Job summary

Santa Rosa Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Milton, FL is currently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). We welcome qualified LPNs to join our team and participate in walk-in interviews Monday through Friday, 10 AM – 3 PM.

Qualifications

• LPN license (State or Multistate) required.
• CPR Certification required.
• Two years nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents.
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians.
• Medication administration.
• Follow infection control, emergencies, and center policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for best outcomes.
• Identify and report all abnormal changes per center policy.
• Deliver nursing care to long-term or rehabilitative patients.
• Collect patient data, make observations, and report pertinent information.
• Implement care plans per state regulations.
• Direct and supervise care by other nursing personnel as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of documentation requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment setup and use.
