Santa Rosa Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Crestview, FL, is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time, hourly positions. Walk-in interviews Mon–Fri, 10 AM–3 PM.

Responsibilities include admissions, discharges, transfers, medication administration, and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure resident safety and quality care. Required: active LPN license in state, CPR certification, and preferred 2 years nursing experience.

Formación

• LPN license (state) required
• CPR certification required
• Two years nursing experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
• Medication administration
• Follow infection control, emergencies, and center policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes
• Identify and report abnormal changes in residents’ condition
• Supervise care given by other nursing personnel in selected situations
• Maintain documentation requirements
• Maintain knowledge of equipment setup and use
