Santa Rosa Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Ferry Pass, FL is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time, hourly positions. Walk-in interviews are welcome Monday–Friday, 10 AM–3 PM; stop by to speak with our team.

Responsibilities include admissions, discharge and transfers, medication administration, following infection control and center policies, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes.

Formación

• LPN license valid in the state (or multistate).
• CPR certification is required.
• Two years of nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Admissions, discharge and transfers of residents.
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians.
• Medication administration.
• Following infection control, emergencies, and other center policies.
• Collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes.
• Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy.
• Delivers nursing care to patients/residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care.
• Collects patient/resident data, makes observations, and reports pertinent information.
• Implements the patient/resident plan of care and evaluates responses.
• Directs and supervises care given by other nursing personnel in selected situations.
• Maintains knowledge of documentation requirements.
• Maintains knowledge of equipment setup and usage.
• Maintains confidentiality and patient/resident rights.

Conocimientos

LPN license

CPR Certification

Two Years nursing experience
