Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers in the United States is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our residents in a safe environment and promote long-term recovery. You will work closely with the Nursing Supervisor and Executive Director to establish daily routines and ensure adherence to treatment plans.

Ideal candidates are a state-licensed LPN who can work independently, comply with MAT program protocols, and educate clients on methadone maintenance, prenatal care, and health services.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse registered in the state.
• Ability to work independently with residents when needed.
• Compliance with MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment) protocols.

Responsibilities

• Administer/dispense medications under physician direction.
• Ensure the physician or Medical Director's treatment plan is followed.
• Perform Mantoux testing and complete blood draws.
• Train staff on health, safety, CPR, and first aid.
• Educate clients about methadone maintenance and lab results.
• Coordinate prenatal care with primary counselor as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
