Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support residents in a therapeutic environment aimed at long-term recovery.

You will partner with the Nursing Supervisor and Executive Director to ensure adherence to treatment plans and safe clinical practices. The role involves administering medications, conducting Mantoux testing, and training staff on health and safety topics, while promoting a compassionate, client-centered approach in a comprehensive care

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in PA
• Ability to work independently with residents
• Compliance with MAT protocols and program guidelines

Responsibilities

• Administer/dispense medication under physician direction
• Ensure adherence to physician/Medical Director treatment plan
• Administer Mantoux testing and perform blood draws
• Train staff on health, safety, and equipment maintenance
• Provide staff development in CPR, First Aid, and vital signs
• Educate clients on methadone maintenance, detox and lab results
• Educate pregnant patients on prenatal care and coordinate external services
• Support other duties as assigned
