Job summary

Heritage Hall seeks an LPN Quality Assurance Nurse in Blacksburg, VA to oversee wound care and infection control programs, ensuring top-tier resident care. The role requires an active Virginia LPN or RN license and LTC experience.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia LPN or RN license required.
• Five years of supervisory or nursing administration experience preferred.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Solid knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations governing nursing in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain wound care program and infection control plan.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure high quality resident care.
• Contribute to policy development and staff education.
• Assist in daily nursing operations and shift coverage as needed.
