Job summary

Hillcrest Health & Rehab in Bellevue, NE is seeking an RN or LPN to join our skilled nursing and post-acute rehab team. This full-time day shift (6:00am–6:00pm) includes every other weekend, with starting pay for RN at $38.00+ per hour and LPN at $31.50+ per hour, depending on experience.

You will provide quality nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and communicate with the care team to maintain high standards of safety and compassion for aging adults.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in Nebraska.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute rehab is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative care team.

Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking an RN or LPN to join our team at Hillcrest Health & Rehab in Bellevue, NE.

Hillcrest Health & Rehab is a skilled nursing, post-acute rehabilitation, and long-term care facility serving aging adults in Bellevue. The community provides short-term rehab, long-term care, and senior services in a warm, supportive setting, with a focus on high-quality care and helping residents and guests feel comfortable, safe, and cared for.

What You’ll Get to Do

Provide quality nursing care and support for residents and guests

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and care plans

Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes with the care team

Support residents and guests with dignity, comfort, and respect

Partner with Nurse Techs, Medication Aides, and other team members to ensure quality care

Complete documentation accurately and timely

Communicate with residents, guests, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members

Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards

Help create a positive, supportive environment for residents, guests, and team members

What We’re Looking For

Active RN or LPN license in the state of Nebraska

Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute rehab, long-term care, memory care, assisted living, hospital, or similar setting preferred

Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail

Compassionate, dependable team member with a heart for serving aging adults

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism

Strong communication and teamwork skills
