Good Samaritan Larimore invites qualified Licensed Practical Nurses to join our long-term care team in Larimore, ND. The LPN provides professional nursing care under supervision, administers medications, and collaborates with RNs and physicians to support residents’ health and comfort.

Active LPN license required; IV therapy experience preferred. We offer 8- or 12-hour shifts, night and weekend differentials, flexible scheduling, advancement opportunities, daily access to earnings, and a 401(k)

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold an active LPN license.
• IV therapy/management skills per ND requirements may be needed.
• Minimum 400 hours of supervised LPN experience at a healthcare facility.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional nursing care for long-term residents under supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered; monitor resident status.
• Communicate clearly with residents, families, and the care team.

Formation

Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program

Associate degree in practical nursing preferred

Unencumbered LPN license with State Nursing board

IV therapy course/experience per North Dakota standards

Minimum 400 hours of experience as LPN
