Job summary

Good Samaritan Larimore is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide professional nursing care in a long‑term care setting under supervision. You will administer medications, document outcomes, and collaborate with the care team to meet residents’ needs.

The role requires an active LPN license, ND IV therapy training if applicable, and completion of an approved nursing program. Shift is 7:00am–7:30pm, full-time in Larimore, ND, with benefits and daily earnings access.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as an LPN.
• Active LPN license in good standing.
• ND requirements: IV therapy/management training or IV therapy course approval.
• Pre-licensure program with life-span clinicals or 400 hours as LPN.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with RN, APN, or physician and the care team.
• Maintain confidentiality and effective communication with residents and families.
