Job summary

Gateway Regional Medical Center in Granite City, IL is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse for our Behavioral Health unit on the night shift. You will work under the supervision of RNs to deliver compassionate, safe care that supports stability and healing during overnight hours.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current Illinois LPN license.
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC).
• Willingness to complete Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI) training within 1 month of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care using core vocational nursing skills and techniques.

Gateway Regional Medical Center is looking for a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Behavioral Health team on nights. Working under the guidance of our RN team, you'll provide direct, compassionate patient care that supports stability, safety, and healing throughout the overnight shift - in a unit where empathy and steady presence make a real impact.

This is a great option for an LPN who's drawn to behavioral health and wants flexibility without stepping away from meaningful, hands-on patient care.

What You’ll Do
