Job summary

PACS Group in Simpsonville, SC is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care in a skilled nursing setting.

You will administer medications, follow care plans, monitor residents, document care, and collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling and competitive compensation with shift differential up to $5/hr.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in South Carolina (in good standing).
• Current CPR certification.
• Must maintain required continuing education.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members.
