Simpsonville Post Acute is seeking a dependable and compassionate PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality nursing care in our skilled nursing environment. This flexible PRN position supports a caring clinical team in a facility that values employee appreciation.

Qualified candidates hold an active LPN license, current CPR certification, and are committed to ongoing education. Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred and benefits include scheduling

• Current CPR certification.
• Must maintain all required continuing education.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
