Asbury Communities in York, PA is seeking an LPN to join our resident-centered care team. You will document interdisciplinary progress notes, administer medications per physician orders, and participate with the care plan to support residents’ physical, social, and nutritional needs.

We value compassion and patience, with a PA LPN license, CPR and First Aid certification required. Daily Pay and education discount opportunities are available, along with a supportive leadership team.

Competenze

• Experience in Medical/Surgical, Rehabilitation, or Geriatric Nursing.
• Active Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Compassion, patience, and genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors.

Mansioni

• Document interdisciplinary progress notes that provide a comprehensive reflection of resident care.
• Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to physician orders. Maintain accurate and up-to-date drug and narcotic records for each shift.
• Report any discrepancies to the nurse manager and follow proper procedures for drug and narcotic disposal.
• Collaborate with the care plan team to assess and address residents' physical, social, nutritional, spiritual, and activity-related needs.
