Job summary

River Falls Post Acute in Marietta, SC, seeks compassionate LPNs for PRN shifts. The role provides direct nursing care, medication administration, and resident monitoring in a supportive, team-focused setting.

We value nurses who are licensed in SC, CPR certified, and comfortable with 12-hour shifts. PCC experience is a plus, and opportunities for growth exist within a close-knit facility.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in SC.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must maintain continuing education and licensure requirements.
• Must stay in good standing with the SC Board of Nursing.
• Experience with PCC preferred.
• Available to work 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per physician orders and care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Supervise and support CNAs.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and team members.
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies appropriately.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Utilize PCC and other clinical systems as needed.
