Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide one-on-one home-based care in Martinsburg, WV. You will deliver direct patient care, monitor conditions, administer prescribed treatments, and update care plans while collaborating with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
