Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide direct 1:1 nursing care in patients' homes, delivering consistent assignments with a manageable pace and a meaningful impact for patients and families.

In this homecare role, you will administer medications, monitor patient conditions, support individualized care plans, and document care while collaborating with the healthcare team. Flexible scheduling and a range of shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 1+ year nursing experience preferred.
