Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN) for per diem shifts in Pennsylvania. The role requires at least basic nursing experience, an active LPN/LVN license in the practice state, and CPR certification.

You will join a national leader in private duty nursing, providing compassionate homecare with electronic documentation and strong clinician support. Per diem means flexible scheduling with a minimum of 2 shifts per month.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component) – Aveanna can assist in obtaining this after hire
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality homecare to children and adults in patients' homes
• Deliver compassionate nursing care and document care using the electronic system (tablet in every home)
• Collaborate with clinicians to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes
