Aveanna Healthcare in New Jersey seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for per diem/home health assignments. You’ll provide compassionate patient care in patients' homes and collaborate with a national team to achieve excellent clinical outcomes.

Requirements include an active LPN/LVN license, CPR certification, TB test within 12 months, and reliable transportation. Per diem benefits include health/dental/vision, PTO, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
