Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide compassionate, skilled care in home and school settings. You will support pediatric and adult patients, coordinate with families, and document care using electronic systems.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification (hands-on component) preferred.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days.
• Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed practical nurse care in home or school settings.
• Deliver high-quality patient care and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to meet individual care plans.
