Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. Fort Washington Estates is seeking a Part-time Primary Care Office Nurse (LPN) to support residents with high-quality, person-directed care within the Primary Care Office.

You will collaborate with the Nurse Practitioner and wellness team to promote independence and thriving in place. The role requires an active LPN license, 2+ years clinical nursing, and current CPR/AED/first aid certification.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing with the state Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in senior living or primary care.
• Prior experience in office management, care coordination, or leadership is strongly preferred.
• Current CPR, AED, and first aid certification (or ability to obtain within three months).

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and health monitoring for residents in the Primary Care Office.
• Collaborate with the Nurse Practitioner and wellness team to deliver holistic, resident-centered care.
• Support proactive health management and access to well-being resources.
