Acts Retirement-Life Communities' Fort Washington Estates is seeking a qualified Primary Care Office Nurse (LPN) for a part-time role. You will deliver high-quality, person-directed nursing care within the Primary Care Office, collaborate with the Nurse Practitioner, and support proactive health monitoring to help residents thrive in place.

The ideal candidate holds an active LPN license, has 2+ years of clinical nursing experience (preferably in senior living or wellness), and CPR/AED/First Aid

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum two years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in senior living or wellness.
• Experience in office management or leadership preferred.
• Current CPR, AED, and first aid certification (or within three months).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-directed nursing care within the Primary Care Office.
• Collaborate with the Nurse Practitioner and wellness team.
• Support proactive health monitoring and access to well-being resources.
• Contribute to interdisciplinary care to promote independence and thriving in place.
