Job summary

Ascension Medical Group in Bartlesville, OK is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for a full-time Primary Care role with 8:00am-5:00pm schedule. You will collect vitals, take health histories, administer vaccines and injections, and support providers with in-office procedures.

You will also manage patient triage, lab results, prescriptions, and follow-up communications, while utilizing strong clinical skills in a busy outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in OK or eligible for licensure
• BLS certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Streamline patient intake and assessment to ensure efficient clinic flow
• Safely administer medications, immunizations, injections, and wound care
• Assist providers with minor in-office surgical procedures and diagnostic testing
• Coordinate patient triage, results, refills, and referrals to ensure comprehensive follow-up
