Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing is required.
• BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire.
• NP with Prescriptive Authority credentialed by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing; for Kansas facilities, licensure through the Kansas Board of Nursing will be required.
• DEA credentialing preferred or required.
