Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Minimum one year of LPN/LVN experience in primary or ambulatory care.
• Current LPN/LVN license in good standing and VA credentialing where required.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification and ACLS as specified.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care, examinations, and procedures.
• Administer medications as ordered and document in EMR.
• Operate EKG and other diagnostic equipment as directed.
• Maintain clean treatment rooms and proper supply handling.
• Provide patient education and support self-management.
