Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Primary Care Clinic in Charlotte, NC. The role covers 30–40 hours per week with every-other-weekend coverage, in a busy clinic that operates Mon–Fri 8:30am–7:30pm and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities include vaccinations, vital signs, patient assessments, med reviews, and entry into the EHR, with opportunities for extension and potential full-time conversion for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room preferred.
• Ability to cover every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Administer vaccinations, injections, and medications.
• Document vital signs and patient assessments in the EHR.
• Provide emergency care in collaboration with on-site provider.
• Conduct medication reviews for interactions and contraindications.
• Explain treatments and self-care to patients and families.
• Coordinate access to healthcare services and referrals.
• Manage patient registration, scheduling, and reminders.
• Maintain clean, organized clinic areas and patient flow.
