A-Line Staffing Solutions is recruiting an LPN for a Primary Care Clinic in Belmont, NC. The position involves 32-40 hours per week across 3–4 days, with every other weekend coverage required.

Compensation is $37.17 per hour with full-time benefits, including a 401(k) with company match. Assignments are six months with potential extension or conversion to full-time depending on performance and needs.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed LPN.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room.
• Opportunity to cover every other weekend.

Responsabilités

• Administer vaccinations, injections, and various medications.
• Document vital signs and patient measurements accurately.
• Perform patient assessments and monitor treatment responses.
• Provide emergency care in collaboration with on-site provider.
• Review medications for side effects and interactions.
• Conduct mental health screenings and document findings.
• Document medical histories and treatments in the EHR.
• Educate patients about medications and self-care.
• Coordinate access to healthcare services for patients.
• Communicate with patients, families, and the care team.
• Assist with patient flow, registration, and scheduling.
• Maintain clean, organized clinic spaces.
