Qualifications

• Licensed LPN with experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or ER.
• Strong patient communication and clinical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer vaccinations, injections, oral/IV/topical medications.
• Monitor vital signs and document findings in the EHR.
• Conduct patient assessments and manage patient flow.
• Provide patient education and coordinate referrals as needed.
• Assist with exams and maintain a clean, organized clinical space.
