Job summary

Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) for day and night shifts. Top pay with weekly and daily pay options, currently hiring immediately in an established post-acute care setting with extensive therapy programs.

Qualifications

• Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN or RN program.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration and treatments.
• Assist with admission, transfer and discharging of residents.
• Document resident care services by charting in resident medical records and department records.
• Educate residents and family members about treatment and rehab plans.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of residents.
• Consult with resident’s physician regarding plan of care and changes.
