Qualifications

• Current state license to practice as a LPN.
• CPR certification is required; ACLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Certified Nursing Assistants under direction of RN.
• Collects patient care data and monitors patient conditions.
• Contributes to care planning and discharge planning.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Documents care provided and ensures chart accuracy.
• Participates in education of staff and students.
