• Current state license to practice as a LPN. CPR certification required; ACLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Certified Nurses Aides under RN direction.
• Collects patient care data and monitors patient conditions.
• Contributes to plan of care and discharge planning.
• Implements patient care per care plan and physician orders.
• Documents nursing care in accordance with unit standards and policy.
• Performs administration and documentation of medications per orders.
