Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nursing degree required.
• Current license in the state of practice or compact state license.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision and delegated by the LPN.
• Communicate professionally with patients and families, respecting dignity.
• Document assessments and care accurately in EMR per policy.
• Support pain assessment and management, and assist with procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of lab requirements and vital signs.
