Job summary

Join Parachute is hiring an LPN (Physician Substitute) for our Center Medical in Bellmead, TX. You will safeguard donor health and safety, perform health screenings and physical exams, and collaborate with a lean, fast-moving team to deliver a welcoming donor experience.

You’ll be cross-trained in center operations, including phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station setup, with growth opportunities as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED or higher.
• Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to work weekends, regularly or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings and physical exams.
• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed.
• Collaborate with center staff to create a positive environment.
• Cross-trained in all center functions including phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station installation.
• Maintain health logs and test results with clinical oversight.
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant.
