Join Parachute in Marion, OH is seeking an LPN (Physician Substitute) to join our Center Medical team. You will help ensure donor health and safety, support the donor experience, and collaborate with center staff in a fast‑growing, high‑energy environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment.
• Current BLS or CPR certification is required.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings and physical exams.
• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed.
• Work collaboratively with all center staff.
• Manage health logs and test results with clinical oversight.
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant.
• Cross-trained in all center functions including phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station installation.
