Job summary

Join Parachute is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Center Medical team in Bellmead, TX. This full-time role focuses on donor health and safety, performing health screenings and coordinating care within a lean, fast-growing plasma donation site.

You will work closely with center staff to support a positive donor experience, maintain accurate health logs, and participate in cross-training across phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station setup.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in the state of employment.
• CPR/BLS certification currently active.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Willing to work weekends as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings and physical exams.
• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed.
• Collaborate with center staff to support a positive donor experience.

What You’ll Do As an LPN (Physician Substitute), you will be a key member of the site’s lean team, responsible for donor health and safety and a critical part of the donor experience. You’ll work collaboratively with center staff to create a positive environment for the team and our donors. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• At least 18 years old


• High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education


• Certified/licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment


• Current BLS or CPR certification
