Job summary

Circle of Life is seeking a Triage LPN for on-site work in Springdale, Arkansas. You will triage patient calls, assess needs, dispatch nursing staff, and coordinate various aspects of patient care in a hospice setting.

The ideal candidate holds a current unrestricted AR/OK LPN license with BLS certification, and demonstrates strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills while remaining calm during emergencies.

Onsite in Springdale, Arkansas, 4pm-Midnight
General Description: The Triage LPN is an integral part of the hospice interdisciplinary care team. This position triages patient calls, assesses needs, dispatches nursing staff, and facilitates multiple aspects of patient care needs. This position must be able to demonstrate compassion and exceptional customer service over the phone and with visitors. This position will use multiple computer, cloud, and software programs. Must maintain regulatory compliance and ethical judgement while performing duties.
Requirements: Current unrestricted AR/OK LPN license, BLS certification, strong assessment skills with critical thinking and high level of problem solving within a healthcare facility. Strong documentation and communication with the ability to stay calm and cope with human suffering/emergencies. Prefer hospice experience, home health, or acute care nursing experience with computer charting experience.
